What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, certain items such as personalized products, underwear, and sale items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
How will I receive my refund?
